Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These terms cover your use of aitechcommunities.com. By browsing the directory, creating an account or submitting a community, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

AI Tech Communities is a curated directory. We list online communities — Discord servers, Slack workspaces, subreddits, Skool groups, Facebook groups, forums and similar — and describe them so you can decide which are worth joining.

We do not run any of the communities we list. We are not affiliated with them, we cannot admit you to them, and we cannot help with a problem inside one. Every community is operated by someone else under their own rules.

Accounts

You need an account to submit or manage a listing. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your password to yourself, and to tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

You can close your account at any time by asking us through the contact form. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for spam, or is used to submit content the submitter has no right to.

Submitting a community

When you submit a community you confirm that:

  • the details you give are accurate as far as you know;
  • you have the right to submit any text, logo or screenshot you upload, and doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights;
  • you accept that we may edit the wording, categories and metadata for consistency, or decline the listing.

By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish and display that material on this site and in the material we use to promote it. You keep ownership of it. If you want your listing removed, ask and we will remove it.

Submitting does not guarantee publication. We review free submissions and publish the ones that fit the directory. We do not promise a review within any particular time, a particular position in the rankings, any amount of traffic, or that a listing will stay up.

Featured and paid placements

Some listings may be marked Featured. A featured listing is given extra visual prominence. Where a placement has been paid for, it is advertising, and we will mark it in a way that makes that clear.

Buying a placement does not buy a favorable description. We write and edit listing copy ourselves, and being featured does not change how a community’s member counts, pricing or activity are reported. If a community is unsuitable for the directory we will not list it, paid or not.

If you buy a placement, the term, price and what it includes are whatever is stated at the point of purchase. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we will refund the unused part. We may end a placement early, with a pro-rata refund, if the community breaks these terms or becomes unsuitable.

Accuracy of directory information

We try hard to be accurate, and we check listings by hand rather than scraping blindly. Even so, you should treat what you read here as a guide rather than a guarantee:

  • Member counts change constantly and are often approximate. Where a number is approximate we show it that way, for example “~18.6M”. Where a platform only publishes a rounded figure, we show that figure.
  • Pricing and joining rules change without notice. Always check on the community’s own page before paying for anything.
  • Communities close, go private or go quiet. A listing reflects what we saw when we last checked it, and we show that date where we have it.

If you spot something wrong, tell us through the contact form and we will fix it.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • submit communities you have no connection to and no right to represent, in bulk or for spam;
  • scrape, copy or republish the directory as a whole, or use automated tools to harvest it;
  • attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site;
  • submit anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or designed to defraud people;
  • use the site to promote scams, pyramid schemes or communities whose purpose is to deceive their members.

We remove listings that break these rules, without notice where the content is harmful.

Intellectual property

The design of this site, the wording we write, and the selection and arrangement of the directory belong to us. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a short extract with attribution, or share a listing. You may not republish the directory or substantial parts of it as your own.

Community names, logos and trade marks belong to the organizations that own them. We display them to identify the community being listed. That is nominative use and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship in either direction.

If you own a mark and object to how it appears here, contact us and we will take it down while we look into it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including individual listings and features, at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and everything on it are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for what happens inside a community you find here, for anything a third-party platform does, for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable and the law does not prevent us limiting it, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

If you submit content to the site and that content causes a claim against us — for example because it infringes someone’s rights — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects people with accounts or paid placements, we will tell those people directly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms, or notices about content on the site, can be sent through the contact form.
