Questions about a listing, a submission, your account, advertising or your data all come through here. We read everything and reply to anything that needs a reply.
A few things worth knowing before you write:
- Want a community listed? Use the submission form instead — it asks for the details we need, so it is much faster than email.
- Run a community we have listed and want it corrected or removed? Choose “Correct or remove a listing” and tell us which one. We remove listings at the owner’s request without making you prove ownership first.
- Privacy or data request? Choose “Privacy or data request”. See our privacy policy for what we hold and what you can ask for.
- We cannot help with problems inside a community. We do not run any of the communities in this directory, so we cannot restore your access, moderate a dispute or refund a membership. Those go to the community’s own owners.
