Every community on the leaderboard is checked by hand. We record its platform, member count, activity level, pricing and joining rules, then refresh the numbers monthly — so you can decide where to spend your time based on real signals instead of lists padded with ghost towns.
Submitting a community
Run a community on Skool, Discord, Slack, Reddit, Circle or anywhere else? Add it through the submission form. Free listings go into a review queue and are checked within a week. Once approved, your community gets a permanent page with its stats and a screenshot, and we email you when it goes live.
Featured placement
Featured listings are reviewed the same day, pinned on the leaderboard, and shown in the sidebar across the site. Community owners can also claim an existing listing to verify ownership and pin it to the leaderboard.
Keeping the numbers honest
Member counts and activity levels come from each community’s public pages and are refreshed monthly. If a number looks wrong, write to us and we’ll re-check it.
